3.6. Users/Delegators: Individuals or entities that delegate their cryptocurrency holdings to the validator nodes operated by Nodes.Guru, as listed on the Stake.Nodes.Guru website.
4. Staking and Validator Services
4.1. Delegation
By using our platform, you can delegate your cryptocurrency holdings to Stake.Nodes.Guru for staking purposes. While we strive to provide optimal validator services, we cannot guarantee specific block rewards or transaction fees, which may vary based on various factors.
5. Our Responsibilities
5.1. Validation: We operate staking validator nodes across various blockchains, ensuring optimal performance, security, and adherence to the respective blockchain's protocols and guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Ownership

7.4. External Actions: Stake.Nodes.Guru provides information related to staking and validator nodes. Any actions, such as staking or transactions, conducted outside of our portal, especially through external wallets or platforms, are the sole responsibility of the user. Stake.Nodes.Guru is not responsible for any outcomes or issues arising from such external actions.
8. Slashing and Compensation
8.1. Guaranteed Compensation: In the event of slashing due to actions or negligence directly attributable to Nodes.Guru, we guarantee full compensation to the affected users up to the amount of the slashing penalty incurred. The specifics of the compensation mechanism will be provided upon request.
8.2. Limitation of Liability: While we strive to ensure the security and optimal performance of our validator nodes, there are inherent risks associated with blockchain operations and staking. Users must remain vigilant about their chosen networks and monitor any surrounding situations.
9. User Responsibilities
